people always want "experienced CG" but how do we become experienced if everyone only wants experienced???

im not new to abdl/cgl but i dont get how people can require experienced cg but no one wants to help us learn. . im a switch so i understand wanting someone that know how to do something right but at the same time very very few people let us learn how to do that?
