I’m struggling with this. 😖 I used to wear orthodontic stuff to correct my bite when I was a kid, but I started sucking my finger —not my thumb— again around 2018, so now my teeth are crooked again.
I know sucking my finger it’s not good for my health, but it’s hard to stop because it not only makes me feel little but it’s comforting. ): I’ve tried pacis, and they’re ok, but I guess my mouth it’s already shaped to my finger so the paci feels kinda odd.
Are there any other littles here that struggle or struggled with this? How do you quit sucking your finger? Should I even quit at all? )):
