Im new here, and new to actually wearing these kinds of things. Am I in the right place for this? Any advice?

Actually, is there a way to keep my… errr, diapers from getting all scrunched up? Theyre filled with cotton, and when I sleep on my side, it all gets pushed into the center.

I am extremely embarrassed, so please be nice to me 🫣
