Anybody else want to cry when they wake up with a full diaper

I don’t know why, but sometimes I have a cup I’ll have a full diaper obviously yes I have a little bit of incontinence but when I wake up, it’s weird sometimes sometimes it’s not enjoyable. I just wanna cry. I just sit there. It’s a lot of weird feelings does anybody have suggestions of how to deal with this?
