How do you guys (littles without daddies) keep a routine that’s mentally beneficial??
Sometimes I just slip into the chaos and procrastination cycle bc I’m so used to working under pressure/stress and I definitely wanna not do that anymore.
I’m 27, with a high stress job where I’m responsible for other humans—— by the end of the day I have decision fatigue and if I don’t make it to the gym, I just want to sit and rot.
