Need alone little advice

Something I have always struggled with is being a little by myself. It’s so much easier to do with someone there helping and encouraging you. When you are alone you still have to do everything yourself from getting yourself dressed little to preparing everything or even just getting up because you forgot something.
I have slowly started to accept that I may just have to little on my own for some time. What advice do you offer that can help get there on your own?
