Purchased Rare Week one shirts on an old account that I can not access. Is there anything I can do now?

Basically, there was a time where my old account got hacked and stolen. I created a new account and got some rare week 1 shirts and the Slurpee code. I got my old account back and didn't use this account in forever. I wanna use these cool rare items again but I have no access to this old account. Email has been deactivated, and Sony can let me reset it. Am I SOL?
