I just got my lr4 yesterday and I'm on the latest firmware.
You need to take responsibility for this horribly broken firmware update.
First, and most concerningly, is the lr4 cycling while my cat is still in it. There are no problems with the sensor. The light is red, meaning the machine KNOWS a cat is in there. Yet it still cycles. Luckily, my cat is young and agile enough to jump out. But this is a serious, serious issue for more senior cats, even with your "pinch sensors" or whatever acting as a failsafe.
Second is the fact that the cycle delay simply doesn't work in the way it's supposed to anymore. The timer does not get reset if the cat reenters the lr4 before it has the time to cycle. This leads to issues with the litter not having enough time to clump.
I have seen both of these issues multiple times.
I don't want the email address to customer service or whatever. I want you guys to take responsibility for a firmware update that seems to be causing more headaches than anything.
Updates should make software work "as good or better". But this update has just made things markedly worse. Fix your shit please.
