I picked up a LR cabinet/hutch for $50!

Could hardly believe my eyes. Thought it was a marketplace scam. Although it was quite dirty, missing paint, and lots of loose/stripped hardware, it is worth the $50! Cleaned it up and now just letting my 3 cats get used to it by keeping my LR4 where it's always been, but I put a regular littler tray inside the hutch to show them they can go in to poo.
