Books with a Necromancer MC

Looking for books where the MC is a necromancer. Ideally I'd prefer something that's dark and the necrotic magic infects the body itself, as opposed to the way it works with Sung Jin Woo in SL (I love the series though)

I don't mind if it does work the same way as SL. I compare it to this because his class before unlocking the secret class was Necromancer, but he raises the dead via shadows and not via the body itself. I'd also prefer a system and preferably something where the MC becomes basically an unkillable god eventually. I love extreme power/progression fantasy.

Not sure this exists, but any suggestions are welcome.
