Hoping to find a story ‘The Contract’

Hello everyone,
Trying to track down a story I read many years ago. A woman goes to her old best friends ex’s and wants him to treat her the way she saw - a generally slutty, free use relationship. He has her sign a contact of service to him and proceeds to ‘teach’ her. I remember a scene loaning her to a poker game, a scene where she gets a very revealing tattoo, and that at the end of the story they sign a new, lifetime contact.
Does this ring a bell for anyone?
