I know the plug size is 5.5mm x 2.1mm, but I'm unsure on the voltage and amperage required.
That page says "It requires 12V adapter at up to 5AMPs for mining." So, I need 12V and 5A for every unit?
Could I use this? HDVD, 12V DC 5AMP Power Adapter Supply, 2.1mm 5.5mm
It would be awesome to find these PCIE to barrel plug adapters for sale: http://i.imgur.com/sYkbRC1.jpg or just make my own?
Update
This guy (who apparently sells the things) says this will work.
Also, on another forum, I was told you could just hack the end off an ATX PCIE power cable and stick the wires into these (creating three plugs per PCIE cable)
And this is what you need if you are powering a lot of them (10 )
