Looking for LTC Wallet Tracking Service

I am searching for a service that can notify me of any changes to my LTC wallet,e.g. LTC received and sent, through email, SMS, or push notifications. While I have found similar services for BTC and ETH, I haven't been able to find one for LTC. Any suggestion with such services would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
