Misses three days, what to do now
Post Body

Hello everyone!

I'm 28m, i have been taking saxenda for 3 months as of right now, i already lost 11 kg (starting from 111 kg), and following my doctorts instructions my dosage was on 1.8 still. The Journey has been quite ok, only having some issues whenever i change the dosage.

Earlier this week, i used the last of my needles and wasnt abre to buy a new packege, so i eneded not taking the med for exactly 3 days. Yesterday I finally bought the package agajn, and not knowing any better, i got back to the same dosage of 1.8. I got pretty nauseous yesterday, but nothing i couldn't handle.

Today, on the other hand, has been insufferable. I took the 1.8 dosage again, i have been on the verge of throwing up all day. Not even the meds against náusea my doctor prescribed me worked. Any sudden move and i feel like my whole stomach is coming out from my mouth. And i haven't even talked about all the gases i have.

The thing is, i feel HORRIBLE right now, much worse than i've felt over these 3 months. Now i've read i should have gone back to the initial dosage, since i skipped 3 days. But i don't know if since i already took 2 doses i should just "power through" or if the best solution is ti go slow

My doctor isn't really acessible outside scheduled appointments, so i can't just ask him right now
