Cursor momentarily "freezes" when near left side of external display, then warps to proper location on left side of screen, dual-monitor w/built-in disabled

xfce 4.12.

Is a SETZER Chromebook, hardware-wise, and the external monitor is to the "right" of the built-in screen. Thanks.

Edit1: Edit: It hits a temporary, invisible wall. It can move to the right after hitting this wall w/o any issues.

Edit2: The external screen is 1920 wide, while the built-in is 1366 wide. Something seems to be applying the 1336 wide of the internal monitor to the 1920 wide of the external monitor, making a vertical "bar" for the pointer, while not affecting anything else.
