Does using os-uninstaller erase all my data or?

I recently upgraded and currently i have 2 windows (1 in my HDD other in my newly bought SSD).So obviously i want to remove the windows 10 from my HDD.And im going to carry my distro to my SSD later.So i will delete ubuntu from my HDD as well.Is doing that using os-uninstaller gonna format only that part or the entire disk?I dont want to lose my data.Thanks in advance.
