Need help installing linux to old SSD.
Post Body
Hello! I'm wanting to install linux to one of my old SSDs.
This SSD has on it, my windows 7 OS how it was when I upgraded to an SSD with more storage. Since then it has been docked in my computer with my new SSD and a 1TB, but unplugged. I want to simply wipe this old SSD and install Fedora so I can just boot into it when needed. So, I wanted to ask, first of all, do I need to wipe this disk first before I can begin my install? Or will it overwrite and reformat accordingly? Secondly, what I wanted to do just to be safe was to unplug my two disks I am currently using and plug my old one in alone so I can be certain it is installing to the correct disk. Would this work? Thank you so much for your time!
