Why does my desktop fail to boot the smae USB that my laptop has no problem with?

I made a bootable USB using Unetbootin (on Windows) and it works fine, I installed Mint 15 on my laptop (A Lenovo N200 series, no idea exactly what model) but when I try it (or anything really) on my desktop, it gives me this.
I'm not a big linux guy so I have no idea why this is. Can anybody shed some light on this? I'm sick of wasting discs since I distro hop like crazy.
