I would presume that Arch is as functionally capable as Kali. If I'm wrong, I'd like to know. If I'm right, then I wonder why someone would choose Kali over Arch. Seems like Arch would be the more light-weight, and perhaps nimbler, option. Or is it apples to oranges, and I just need to go read and learn some shit?
I use Arch, btw. Lol. I got curious about Kali recently and was surprised to find that it's not just GUI-based, it's also Debian. I expected something more like Arch, a specialized window manager maybe, but no. It doesn't even look particularly modern to me. But that's about as deep as I got with it at the time.
Anyway... It's late. I'm a little high. Got to ruminating over this and now I'd just like to know, without digging into the depths of the internet, what makes Kali a better choice, or better tool, than Arch?
Cheers.
