Can I bypass the hard drive size requirement?

Post Body
I'm installing Mint 21.1 and it says "Sorry too bad you need 16.1 GB hard drive space and you only have 15.99999 GB."
I love Mint, but in this case I'm thinking, "Really? Even Windows gives you a space warning but allows you to proceed anyway."
Is there a flag to overrule that?
(Trying to liberate an Asus C300S Chromebook. Mint 21.1 is the only version whose LiveUSB works perfectly on it, save for this one belt-loop-caught-by-door-jamb.)
TIA!
