Can't get my trackpad to work :(

Post Body

I recently bought a new laptop, specifically the Lenovo Yoga 530 (in some countries it goes by the Flex 6 14). I can't get the touchpad to work under any distro, it simply doesn't seem to function.

I've tried several live CD's, specifically Antergos, Fedora 28 and Ubuntu 18.04.

Under xf86-input-libinput, I can't get the trackpad listed with # libinput list-devices (output here), but I can get it listed with xinput list (output here). The device is also listed as enabled by xinput.

Under xf86-input-synaptics and xf86-input-evdev, the output of xinput list is the same, but the trackpad still doesn't work. For each of these packages, I moved the respective configuration file from /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d/ to /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/, removed the old one, and restarted X.

Will happily gild for a working solution, I'm desperate as fuck and tired of Windows' bullshit.
