Trying to add a game directory at a specific location and I just get a blank window: https://i.imgur.com/dg3rGLw.png ("Select" button does nothing)

I tried to remove a game directory. Quit out of Steam, re-launch it, and the drive I just removed is back.

(this one is more my own ignorance than Steam's fault.) I uninstalled Steam, and re-installed it, and it keeps all my old settings, including the Game Library I tried to remove.

I guess my questions are:

• That first image is just a bug, right? If so, is there any way I can manually edit the libraries via a text file or something?
• How can I completely wipe all my settings and user data, to get a fresh start?
• Is there maybe a better way to install Steam?

EndeavourOS btw. Steam installed via pacman.
