Moving Linux Install to a smaller SSD.

Post Body
I installed Kubuntu 22.04 just a few days ago (and asked a few questions here already). The machine is an old Thinkpad T420 with a 250GB HDD.
I have a 128GB SSD Iβd like to move the install to. As I said, itβs only a few days old so I could just reinstall fresh, but was hoping for a way to basically move my installation to the SSD. I have no files I need to keep. Is there a simple tool or app that allows this?
