Looking for lab ideas

In my Linux class we were instructed to create our own lab making two different configurations, but I want to step outside my comfort zone (to be fair I don’t know much).
Our live labs are running on an Ubuntu VM with nested Arch and fedora machines respectively. We also have Docker desktop installed.
I’m open to any suggestions and I’m excited to learn more from this awesome community!
