Pop!_OS 22.04 seems to not send full screened applications to my main monitor, And I don't know how to fix it

So, I'm running Pop!_OS 22.04 and I have two monitors. one on my left, one on my center. The one on my left has to run through an HDMI>DP dongle due to my 2060 super not having 2 HDMI ports. When I turn on my computer, it sends the login info to my left monitor, but I want it to appear on my main one. Aswell when i open Borderless fullscreen games, it sends it to the monitor on my left. How do i fix this? I couldn't figure it out in Nvidia display menu either. Thank you for the help
