Is there a paid service that promises to fix Linux issues?
Post Body

I'm curious if there are any paid services that offer to fix Linux issues. Not just a support team--but it would include support. For example, I have a weird issue in Firefox right now where scrolling "sputters" only occasionally, and usually only in Reddit. There are plenty of helpful forums, but I also want to focus on business problems and would rather some other expert could help me fix this in a jiffy.

I think it would be so cool if I could subscribe for $50/mo to $150/mo to a company that would take my support issues seriously--either help me to resolve them if possible, or if unable, escalate to a team of expert Linux software engineers who could dig into the various systems, subsystems, and open source software code, and fix them. I would happily pay this monthly fee for the assurance that my Linux laptop works beautifully. If my issue results in a software patch, all the better for the community.

I'm not a corporate customer, so I don't think Redhat Enterprise is a fit here. But maybe someone could correct me if I'm wrong.

Does something like this exist?
