Hi Brett and Eddy. I'm a big fan of yours and I really like your contents on YouTube.
I noticed that the fight scenes compilation in the link below contain two classical pieces. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7CXMNOOeASE&t=615s
I'd like to submit it to y'all for review, as I'm curious what your reaction will be.
The first classical piece starts at 5:48. To be frank, I don't know the name of that piece. I don't even know if it's a genuine classical piece, or if it's a modern piece that sounds like a classical piece. If you do know the name, please let me know in the video.
The second one is the modified version of Summer by Antonio Vivaldi which starts at 7:36.
The reason I'm sending you this email is because I am curious about several things:
1) Which characteristics does Vivaldi's pieces exhibit that convince the movie composer to choose it as their fight scene music? I ask this because Winter by Vivaldi is chosen to be the music in one of the John Wick shootout scene.
2) Do you think Summer is the appropriate choice for the scene above? Which classical piece would you use in that scene?
That's all for my question, and as for the review, you don't have to review the entire fight scene compilation because it's quite long and only the last two scenes contain classical pieces, furthermore one of the scene is too disturbing for certain viewers.
Thanks for spending time reading my message. I look forward to your reply.
