yesterday i get to work early and i sit in my car for a bit listening to music and enjoying the heat before i have to get out and walk to my building. I usually don’t do this because i worry that by sitting in the car i’ll see my LO pull in the garage which will distract me…….. just as i was finished making my queue list I look up and see her pull into the garage and drive by my car. I caught a glimpse of her face and then saw it was her car and tags. i was so upset i screamed and i was anxious for the rest of the day.

I’ve been avoiding messaging her all week (about something work related) but seeing her in the parking garage triggered me and ended up text her a few hours later.

she hasn’t responded. which has led me to spiral in anxiety and wonder why she hasn’t responded. does she know that that fake account requesting to follow her is me? does she think the fake account she removed as a follower is me? did she come into work early on Friday because today is her moms birthday and she was leaving work early on friday to plan for her moms bday party????

i feel like shit because i have been ignoring her at work. so technically she has no reason to respond. i felt the need to reach out because we have really bad management at our job and she was successful in getting something accomplished. I just wanted advice in how to navigate shitty management and people giving me the runaround for months. I guess i should’ve sent an work email to her instead of text ugh idk

this def makes me like her less. every month something happens that just makes me like this LO less. fuck her she just keeps hurting my feelings
