My fiancée and I don't have a lot of money. Decided to buy a sabneo v7 because it looks great for the money. Recieved it way before projected delivery date. I turned it on and had my dream come true.. for all of about 3 minutes..

The battery was completely dead. So I put it on the charger they included. I guess the block I used was too strong cause I believe I blew the charger. The saber would still come on but would die instantly.

So I popped the battery out and stuck it on my 18650 charger. I vape so didn't figure it would be an issue. The battery was super dead. Like 2.6V dead. I charged it up to 4V and slotted it back in. Nothing.

I pushed the button and it's just not working now. Tried prying the battery prongs up a bit incase they were losing connection. Nothing.. my dream came and went in 3 minutes...

I'm contacting them to see if they'll replace it since there's a 1 year warranty. In the meantime does anyone have any advice?
