Anything wrong with Blu Bul from outer rim sabres?

I placed an order early in September and it came real fast but there was an error in it. so I placed 2 new orders and tried contacting them through the website and through email and got nothing back. My two orders are sitting in confirmed since September 13 and Iām not able to contact anyone. Thoughts?
