Just recently ordered and received a lightsaber for my fathers birthday. Of course I got him a replica of Vader’s saber and I was really excited for it. The box it was shipped in was fucked up but I’ll just blame the shipping company, however the actual button for the saber seems broken and pretty cheaply made. I’ve contacted support for the company and they recommended that I open the saber up myself and mess with things…is this normal? I responded to them asking if I can send it back for a replacement or if they can possibly fix it for me and they have not responded. What should I do? Has anyone had any issues with Crimson Dawn?
