DMXControl hardware

Hello,
I'm quite new to all of this, so bear with me.
Currently I'm building a bar at home, with some basic lights.
I'm using this to control 4 WS2811 LED strips via Resolume.
This device also has two DMX ports. So I was thinking about getting 2 small moving heads or other lights.
My question would be
- Can I use DMXControl (or any other Windows software) with this device?
- Is there any basic hardware I can connect to the lights software, so I can control it with a panel of some sorts? Like some sliders, knobs, buttons to trigger colours/movement/... without having to go into the software all the time. Nothing fancy.
