Is there an equivalent LED bulb that could replace these 50W Halogen floodlights?

I'm looking for something equivalent to these bulbs, they burn out fairly often and aren't cheap. They are used in a kind of pot light fixture so the dimensions need to be essentially identical.

Any help?
