Does Samsung SmartThings see scenes that have been set in the LifX app?

My goal is to try and move everything I have over to ST/Webcore so just curious before I link the two and have to sort out duplicates in Alexa.
Also, if ST does see the themes, will Alexa see them via the ST skill? Or would I need to keep the LifX skill in Alexa?
