Been lifting for 3 months and i am working on my squat form. think i injured myself in the beginning because squatting too much weight with improper form. hurt the top of my hips. so Now iโ€™m Focusing on good form with lighter weights. think I am improving but lmk please I donโ€™t wanna hurt my hips any further
