I literally just finished Life is Strange an hour or so ago. I picked it up for free on the PS Plus offer and I was completely blown away.
I've sat here for the last hour just thinking about the endings (I watched both) and how powerful they are. I'm a 24-year-old man with a child and didn't think this game which is, superficially, about a high school girl and her drama, would have the effect on me that it did.
To be totally honest I remember the TV advertisements a few years back and seeing it on shelves in my local Sainsburys and thinking 'that's really not for me'. So glad I'm a sucker for a freebie!
I think the most powerful aspect of this game is its ability for you to relate so deeply with Max. We all have that one friend. Our own personal Chloe.
