[game won't load] Help trying to fix my game files.

I can get the game to load up to the "click anywhere to start" screen, then I click and the game crashes, showing this message.
Anyone who can help or point me in a better place to post this, would be greatly appreciated. I can also provide proof of purchase if necessary.
