Use foam shaving cream and coat the inside of the lens. Then use a dry cloth to clean foam off. Very important to not use any water to clean foam off just the dry cloth. Voila no more fogging, you will have to reapply every so often. Also works on bathroom mirrors will keep mirror from fogging during showers. This is a old hack I learned to keep visors from fogging for full faced helmets when I was riding motorcycles in the 90's.
Edit Forgot to mention just buy the cheap travel size can of shaving cream should last awhile.
