I want to get experience and am willing to offer my time and work to get it.

I don't have experience with this. I'm 30, and though I've talked with people through things before, I don't have experience with other aspects of this kind of work, like the intensity/routineness of it, developing resources and handouts, the business aspects, etc.
If a person was willing to work with an existing coach, learning from them while offering help in the meantime, where could I find such a coach/person?
