It is not a coincidence that over the past 6 months of playing that I've almost exclusively been matched with accounts that are no older than 60 days or have been inactive for over a year until that same time period.
Account made in 2020? Was completely inactive for over a year until two months ago.
In fucking November I was matched with accounts made in October and September. Just move the time frame up every month and it has been the exact same for over half a year.
I can tell you why, it's because it takes nearly 3 months for accounts that don't 100% stockfish in tourney to be banned. As long as you don't completely follow stockfish on its highest rating it takes FUCKING FOREVER to be banned.
Now I'd be far less suspicious if it only happened intermittently but it has been the EXACT SAME TIME PERIOD FOR OVER HALF A YEAR. No more than 60 days old In creation or activity from that day.
They always play the same weird and inconsistent way and never once do a move that didn't take at least 15 minutes even if it was a forced move from them or a chain from them. They'll fork a king and queen and take over 15 seconds to take the queen. You'd think even once they'd make a premove or think a line or two ahead in their forced moves but they NEVER EVER do. Not once do they come up with a 2 or more move chain and then execute it even when the sequence is forced they ALWAYS wait a weird time period to take.
Like ok, maybe they are just confirming their move? But even in a sequence they create to trade pieces, they not once EVER do it. You'd think out of facing dozens or hundreds of these people they'd make ONE move that takes less than 4 seconds in their own string they consciously make but it's ACTUALLY NEVER.
And as soon as I'm facing an account that actually has activity longer than 2 months, they play like a normal player with normal move times and consistent play.
And I KNOW I'm not the only one experiencing this. I'm not amazing at chess but I know for a fact that these players are not strictly legitimate.
