In my experience, that has been the case;
I played this on the train to work, on mobile with no internet, and got beaten, as is usual...
then at work I played this and lichess 1 really did seem to play like an 800 rated player and I never felt any kind of pinch.
I realize I probably play slower on the computer, but not that much, and I really feel like there's a big difference in the moves. I try to play slower on mobile, but don't bother on computer.
Just curious if this is true and why it is--stockfish needs more resources to play worse? I can believe this is true, but I'd like to know why!
