Has it been your experience that gun sellers, especially online ones tend to be less conversational and customer oriented compare to some other hobbies?

It could be that I like looking at old guns, and most of the guys that sell those probably couldn't give two shits about many things, but sellers among sellers that I've messaged have replied to me with one or two liners. No greetings, no sign off, just a very abrupt message. I'm not sure its a gun industry thing or I've been meeting the wrong people.
