Galahad 360 RMA

Recently my CPU temps started spiking to 90C whenever any stress is put on it. I figured out this is due to pump failure on my Galahad AIO. I submitted a RMA request and was told a tracking number will be sent when available and that they would send a new pump unit.(This was within a day of my initial email) Since then it has been over 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. This is frustrating because I cannot currently use my main pc. Is this normal and if not what should I do.
