I have 3 SL140 INFs and 1 SL120 INF fan connected directly to my motherboard SYS-FAN and ARGB headers. My fans are spinning and light up in a cycling rainbow fashion, but are not detectable in my BIOS, in Windows 11 Device Manager, in L-Connect 3 version 2.0.11, nor in any other third party RGB management software I have tried. I have seen many similar posts on this subreddit, and followed all the suggestions I could, but nothing I have tried has fixed the issue.
I have noticed conflicting statements about whether or not using a fan hub is required, and the product page doesn't specify that additional hardware is needed for even just on/off controls, rather, they are described as software controlled in the first sentence.
If so, which hub exactly would that be? Lian Li has 3 different ones, the UNI HUB L-CONNECT 3 HUB, the UNI HUB SLV2 L-CONNECT 3 HUB and the UNI HUB TL-SERIES HUB. All 3 of these have listed compatible fans, but none mention the SL-INFs.
