Galahad LCD AIO Pump RPM Settings?

Hey guys! I'm setting up my Galahad LCD AIO and I couldn't find any manufacturer's recommended pump RPM settings in the provided manuals. 😕

In the Lconnect software, there's an option for fixed RPM vs PWM. I'm leaning towards PWM so the pump remains quiet most of the time and kicks in for CPU-intensive tasks like gaming. However, I've read about potential drawbacks to variable pump speeds like increased wear and tear.

The default 2200 RPM is quiet but I'm not sure if it'll hold up under heavy loads. If I set it to say a 2700 RPM fixed RPM... it's audibly louder, and since my PC is right next to me (showing off that build 😎), I'd hate to have noise be a constant issue.
