Maybe waiting for the unlocked version isn't such a good idea?

Here's a snippet:

With carrier models seemingly getting faster updates than unlocked models and also being able to uninstall bloat via adb commands, maybe unlocked isn't the way to go unless you're hoping for root/roms?
