Has anyone else had issues where apps temporarily hide or uninstall themselves?

Certain apps on my phone appear to uninstall themselves and I know this because when I goto hidden apps, they are not there. When I reinstall them, duplicates appear later so I delete one of them but then the app uninstalls itself again.
