Hey, anyone else having issues with the 360 cam promotion?

I purchased the LG G5 April 7th~, submitted for the 360 cam promotion and the cradle and battery on April 12th.

The cradle/battery verified in a few days, and shipped within a week or two from that date.

The 360 camera's status says "verifying" and has said verifying since April 15th~. I've e-mailed the only support address for the tmobile 360 camera for four weeks straight with no response.

I don't mind waiting 6 weeks to receive the item, I am a little concerned that the status is still "verifying". Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone know of another way to contact that department other than an e-mail to [email protected]?

5/23 update: just got an e-mail saying the claim was accepted. The website has the following info: Status: Accepted // Comment: Scheduled to ship May 5/25/16 // Tracking #: Not Available

5/25 update: got another e-mail saying it was shipped. Website now says: Status: Shipped // Comment: via UPS/USPS on 5-24-2016 // Tracking #: 1ZXXXXXXXXXXXXXX42. They still never responded to my e-mail though.
