Ballistic TOUGH JACKET MAXX vs Otterbox Defender series

I'm leaning more towards the Ballistic case. I can't seem to find a review of any kind comparing the two head to head. So I'm asking /r/lgg2 users, which is your case of choice? Do any of you have either of these or are familiar with them?
Are there comparable brands that offer the same protection like these two? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
