Need a gym buddy, cis meatheads suck at it

I want someone who likes midday or afternoon workouts and lives in Beaverton, hopefully near Murray and Allen. I'm down for 24h at Murray and Scholls, workout 24/7 by the Safeway, or wherever you think is close and has free weights.

I don't want encouragement or anything, but a spotter for the bench is important. More an accountabilibuddy that will show up every time to work out. I usually take 60-90 minutes depending on whether I tack on extra cardio after glycogen depletion makes it extra effective. 3 days/week, maybe eventually adding a 4th to work on specific muscle groups that the 5x5 regimen underworks.

I'm AMAB genderqueer, pretty cis-presenting until you get to know me and see how I interact. Willing to mentor a bit if you wanna get in really really good shape

Edit: I am NOT in great shape. I got the covid bod. I've been losing it but I'm totally atrophied and will be starting from absolute scratch. Like my first visit will take 30 minutes because I'll just be lifting the bar, no weights.

Also I am NOT looking for anything more than a workout buddy or maybe a friend.
